Rapid Modular Blockchain Toolkit designed to revolutionize how manufacturers and service providers interact with the digital economy.

Last Updated: July 2025

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Rapid Modular Blockchain Toolkit (“RMBT”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information when you interact with RMBT across supported networks and official platforms (such as rmbt.io, rmbtoken.org, and future RMBT apps). “Personal Information” means any data that can identify you directly or indirectly, such as name, email, IP address, device ID, or wallet address if linked to your identity. By using RMBT Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect
  • Information You Provide: Identity and contact details (e.g., email, name) when you sign up or contact us, plus any information you voluntarily share (feedback, surveys, or inquiries).
  • Technical & Usage Data: Automatically collected information, including IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps, and site interactions.
  • Wallet or On-Chain Data: Public blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction IDs) is only processed if linked to your account or required for legal/compliance purposes. Otherwise, it remains public but not treated as Personal Information.
2. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, tracking pixels, and device identifiers to authenticate sessions, store preferences, perform analytics, and enhance user experiences. Blocking cookies may limit platform functionality.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your Personal Information may be used for the following:

  • Providing, operating, and improving RMBT Services.
  • Account creation, management, and communications.
  • Fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
  • Analytics, research, and marketing insights.
  • Offering updates, promotions, or product information (with opt-out options).
  • Meeting regulatory obligations, including AML or KYC requirements where applicable.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell your data. However, we may share it with trusted parties such as:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, compliance, marketing).
  • Regulators or law enforcement agencies where required.
  • Affiliates or acquirers in case of mergers or restructuring.
  • Legal, financial, or operational advisors (under confidentiality).
5. Data Security & Retention

We use encryption, restricted access, firewalls, and monitoring to protect your data. Information is retained only as long as needed for operations, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

6. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own. When data is transferred internationally, we apply safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR) to protect your information.

7. GDPR Addendum (EU/EEA Users)

If you are in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA):

  • Legal Basis for Processing: We process data based on your consent, performance of a contract, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests (such as improving Services and preventing fraud).
  • Your Rights: You may access, correct, or delete your data, restrict or object to processing (including marketing), request data portability, or file complaints with your local data authority.

Contact us at admin@rmbt.io to exercise these rights.

8. CCPA Addendum (California Users)

For California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • You may request details about what categories of Personal Information we collect, use, or disclose.
  • You may request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • You may opt-out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information (RMBT does not sell your data).
  • You will not face discrimination for exercising your rights.

Requests can be made via admin@rmbt.io, subject to verification of your identity.

9. On-Chain Data

Blockchain data (wallet addresses, transaction history) is typically not considered Personal Information because it is public and not inherently tied to your identity. If we link such data to your account for compliance or service delivery, we will obtain your explicit consent.

10. Children

RMBT Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. Any such data discovered will be deleted promptly.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our operations or laws. Continued use of RMBT Services after changes indicates your acceptance. Please review this Policy regularly.
