This is the minimum amount of USDT that may be submitted in a single Acquisition Request (USDT → RMBT) directly with the RMBT Operations Desk. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Minimum RMBT redemption amount: 70,000 RMBT
This is the minimum amount of RMBT that may be submitted in a single Redemption Request (RMBT → USDT). Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
At the standard reference rate of 1 USDT = 7 RMBT, 70,000 RMBT is economically equivalent to 10,000 USDT before fees.
The greater of 1,000 USDT or 0.10% of the acquisition amount

Rate: 1 USDT = 7 RMBT, locked at the time of request
For each Acquisition Request, the fee is calculated as:
Fee = max (1,000 USDT, 0.10% × USDT acquisition amount)
The fee is deducted in USDT from the amount received, and the net USDT is converted into RMBT at the reference rate.

For each Redemption Request, the fee is calculated as:
Fee = max (7,000 RMBT, 0.10% × RMBT redemption amount)
The fee is deducted in RMBT, and the net RMBT after fees is redeemed into USDT at the reference rate.
Standard reference rate
1 USDT = 7 RMBT
The standard reference rate for all acquisition and redemption operations is 1 USDT = 7 RMBT.
The applicable rate for each operation is locked at the time the request is received and validated by the RMBT Operations Desk.
Once a rate is locked for a given request, it will not be adjusted for subsequent market movements relating to that request.
Acquisition process (USDT → RMBT)
1. Submit Acquisition Request
Client submits an acquisition request through the designated RMBT channel:
Amount of USDT to be used for acquisition (≥ 10,000 USDT)
TRC-20 USDT wallet address from which funds will be sent
RMBT wallet address (TRON) to receive RMBT
Rate is locked at the time of request, subject to successful receipt of funds within the specified timeframe.
2. KYC & account requirements
Light KYC is required for all clients:
Government-issued ID
Selfie for identity verification
RMBT reserves the right to request additional information in line with AML and sanctions screening obligations.
3. Transfer of USDT
After approval, the client sends TRC-20 USDT to the RMBT Operations Desk’s designated on-chain address, within the specified settlement window.
4. Fee calculation and RMBT issuance
RMBT calculates the acquisition fee (in USDT) and deducts it from the total USDT received.
The net USDT is converted at the agreed rate (1 USDT = 7 RMBT).
The resulting RMBT is issued on-chain and credited to the client’s nominated RMBT wallet
5. Confirmation
Once the transaction is processed on-chain, the client receives confirmation through the designated channel, including transaction IDs for both USDT and RMBT transfers.
Redemption process (RMBT → USDT)
1. Submit Redemption Request
Client submits a redemption request through the designated RMBT channel:
Amount of RMBT to redeem (≥ 70,000 RMBT)
RMBT wallet address from which tokens will be sent
TRC-20 USDT wallet address to receive USDT
Rate is locked at the time of request, subject to successful receipt of RMBT within the specified timeframe.
2. KYC & account requirements
Light KYC (ID + selfie) must be completed and approved before any redemption can be processed.
RMBT may, at its sole discretion, require additional supporting documentation.
3. Transfer of RMBT
After approval, the client sends RMBT to the specified RMBT Operations Desk address for redemption.
4. Fee calculation and USDT payout
RMBT calculates the redemption fee (in RMBT) and deducts it from the total RMBT received.
The net RMBT is converted at the agreed rate (1 USDT = 7 RMBT).
The corresponding USDT (TRC-20) is transferred on-chain to the client’s designated USDT wallet.
5. Confirmation
Once the transaction is processed, RMBT provides confirmation and relevant transaction hashes.
