It is a digital asset intended for decentralized applications, peer-to-peer transfers, and ecosystem participation. Holding or using RMBT carries risk, including loss of value or technical failures.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet keys, private keys, seed phrases, and any credentials used to access or hold RMBT.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using RMBT.
• You must not use RMBT Services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, or terrorist financing.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or protection against loss, hacks, or blockchain failures.
• We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Holding or transacting RMBT may be subject to taxes or legal obligations, and you are solely responsible for compliance.

Digital assets, including RMBT, involve risks such as volatility, loss of funds, cyberattacks, and regulatory changes. Transactions on public blockchains are irreversible. You should only use RMBT if you understand these risks.
